something wrong with cron jobs

Between 00:00 and 01:00 hour cron jobs' next time is calculated wrongly, it adds one day to the actual next time. is it because php 7.4 or, because something wrong my coding. I examined, tdcron, and they don't recommend using tdcron anymore, and they say it's problamatic with further versions of php. I am thinking to change it with another modern cronjob but not sure atm.

This is a known behavior, but not an issue itself as it self corrects the next times in about an hour or two.

Ok it corrects itselft but, it is impossible to update stats between 00:00 and 01:00 o'clock, is there any work around ?
