Hi@all,

how can a support be deleted by the user or Admin/OP?
I can write tickets, answer tickets, close or open tickets, but there is no delete function for older tickets.

Can someone help please?

Hello. There's no such option, because then the other person can read it. You can write such a script (that if there is no answer for 2 weeks then delete it). The question is whether it's worth it.

The admin panel separates open and closed threads. If you delete it, the person will have to write the whole entry again if something bad happens.
