Log failed install logs remotely

As discussed in IRC:

It would be beneficial to have and automatic way to log failed install logs to a remote location for developers to look over. Directhex suggested something like a pastebin udeb, and johnv suggested a curl post.

In the past I've tried uploading a full install log to pastebin, but failed. These files go to like 12 megabytes, which pastebin doesn't like at all.
