My guess is that @directhex stopped paying for it. He is no longer involved in the project, but it was his domain and server hosting the Stephenson's Rocket repos.

Try the official version of SteamOS or removing the Stephenson's Rocket repo from your sources list if you are using SteamOS on hardware which is not supported by the official release.
