A few thoughts that I would like to convey to the author of the project: the first is not an easy tool. A person who does not work in the IT industry hardly understands what is happening here at all and what to download and how to run it. The second is an executable file for installation under Windows and a zip file with something (is it a server???) for some reason it lies in different places and not in one place and they need to be searched and downloaded separately. The third is how it should be properly installed, I did not understand it not from the manual available here, not from the YouTube video. The only thing I managed to achieve was the appearance of moronic buttons on the screen that I don't need, but the transfer of the picture from the phone to the PC never happened. Fourth - how the fuck should I understand what is different guiscrcpy-PySide2-x64.exe from guiscrcpy-PyQt5-x64.exe and which one exactly do I need and why? As a result, your product is not at all simple and user-friendly and is not available, despite the fact that it is free. Maybe for computer nerds with red eyes, everything is clear without words, but for the rest it's bullshit that doesn't work. Without a step-by-step detailed guide for dummies, your product will remain inaccessible to the masses.

Haha, I agree. The only stuff I have is the docs folder with the documentation, a bunch of issues and a few youtube videos which explain how to use guiscrcpy. guiscrcpy is currently in maintenance mode, I no longer work on this, and I am only sending certain bug fixes out there. You might be interested in the alternative, QtScrcpy, by another developer which is also great. And yes, guiscrcpy doesn't have a lot of contributors and I do not have enough time to keep maintaining it (now that I don't use guiscrcpy personally any more, I don't have personal motivation for the same. That said, we have an open issue seeking interested maintainers.

If you are really really interested in guiscrcpy, you would like to search 'how to use guiscrcpy tutorial' and follow some online tutorials or videos until we have some real docs. Thanks

in Russia, they usually say in such situations the common expression "maxim is dead and fuck with him"))). I'm going to take a look at the project that is supported.

Haha, thanks for understanding. I don't use an Android phone anymore tbh, so I cannot really test it too, but trying to keep the app up-to-date (as in terms of security patches, and not in terms of features).
