At work I use R and statistics to analyse large genomic datasets.
During spare time I develop R packages that makes my main job easier.

  1. matrixTests - fast hypothesis tests on rows and columns of genomic datasets.
  2. annmatrix - a matrix that stores values along with sample and feature metadata.
