Prior to my PhD I used to work in laboratories as an experimentalist, and later working with machines at a factory-type setting. During my PhD, I worked on materials development with a focus on theoretical work, running Monte Carlo simulations and applying studies on kinetics and thermodynamics to explain and model crystallization.

I am now maintaining and collaborating on open-source projects on GitHub, focusing on 3D graphics and AI. Your sponsorship goes a long way because it helps me on maintaining and continuously developing open-source software, as well as on getting better machines to develop more advanced methods. I am not in the most ideal situation right now in terms of employment, but I am sure things will be better eventually.
