Forwarding via SCU does not get C-STORE-RSP

Forwarding via SCU does not appear to be working properly.
finalizeSentTransactions appears to never be entered and as a result the images are never deleted from my DB.

I'll dig deeper into this shortly, but I'll leave these log message for now;

Update: This might not be an issue with Slicebox as such... but rather on one of my instances of Slicebox.
So I had a fowrading rule box -> SCU with keepImages=false.
At some point the fowarding failed because the SCP on the other end rejected. Somehow, this Un-finalized forward was blocking any other forwardings from becoming finalized.

Once I cleared and re-added the forwarding rule it started working as expected.

So... an unexpected feature rather than an issue? Is there a grace period on forward requests?
