Hello,

As I need to support proxies, as recommended, I use got and is-online with global-agent. When the proxy configuration is wrong:

Expected result:
is-online should return false, as got queries are failing.

Actual result:
is-online returns true.

As this module uses got inside, I couldn't find the explanation.
