[Feature]: Pin groups to the top

I'm a long time Telegram user, I recently joined SimpleX as well.

One thing I immediately noticed is that you can't pin your favorite groups to the top, regardless of recent activity.
I've searched previous issues, some mentioned the same feature for group messages, but not for the groups.

Just like on Telegram, it would be nice to be able to pin groups at the top of the list. Especially if you joined a lot of groups.
You can favorite groups, but I haven't seen it do anything but place a star next to it.
