Custom File -New

I want to custom the File - New .
I used python, SQL, most are into the last part of submenu also I hard to clicking more and more.
Maybe the team will find a good option to solve this problem.
This are my ideas:

1. create multiple submenu columns;
2. create a Preference submenu with the feature for select the File- New files.
3. create a custom profile for users with options to add and change the feature for File- New files.

PN2 has a solution called SmartStart. Based on the first word or string it will auto-set the scheme for new files.
Go to Tool/Options menu and click on Files/NewFiles leaf in the tree. There is the SmartStart checkbox. Swtich it on and next add a Starting Phrase with assigned Scheme.
