Mouse click differs than Stylus click

When click with mouse brush starts write immideately, with stylus click - with delay. How to make them the same?

Do you mean that :
mouse paints a brush-sized circle immidiately
stylus brush-sized circle slowly grows while putting the pen on the tablet?
Or is there some other delay?

I encounter this issue with an xp-pen tablet only in milton

There is a very noticeable delay at the beginning of the stroke which ruins fast writing v1.9.1

Did you try turning off Windows Ink?
