Brush's size when set to "relative to canvas" can't go down to 1 when zooming out maximally.

I think this is a bug. When the brush's size is relative to the canvas and I try to zoom out, the minimum size that the brush can get is 4, not 1. I can manually change the size down to 1, but it's very annoying. I'm using Milton 1.9.1 on Windows 10.

Another thing is Milton keeps saying "NO DC". Idk if that relates to this bug.
