I have no clue how to describe what's going on in this screenshot !

I believe this issue has nothing to do with Milton but a graphics card software related issue.

Just as an example, below is another discussions thread, on the same issue (manifesting itself as green lines) while using another software:

(Assuming it is not the latest) Please update your graphics card driver to the latest version.
If it is already version (and installing over is possible) you can try re-installing otherwise uninstall & reinstall.

As per one of the comments in the aforementioned thread, graphics card driver updated fixed green-lines-issue in the past, and hopefully will fix it in your case too.
