RTR_lcd... symbol __GNAXBOARD__ not used

I think the symbol/macro __GNAXBOARD__ in RTR_lcd_voc_rh_sensor-bcu1's project build settings is a left over of the old non oop sblib. A search of PIN_ or io_pin_names.h in RTR_lcd_voc_rh_sensor-bcu1's project files returns zero results. So i'm pretty sure it can be deleted or at least replaced with __LPC11XX_IO16__ which is used by the new sblib >v2 in io_pin_names.h. As I don't have the hardware to test this: feedback is very much appreciated @olterion 😉
