SeisBench is currently only available through pip. It would be good to also have a conda version available. In particular, there should be a seisbench and a seisbench-cpu package that only differ in their pytorch dependency. pytorch has introduced a CUDA dependency in their pip packages in 1.13.0, which makes our pip installation dependent on CUDA. On conda, pytorch publishes a torch-cpu package.

Shoutout to @niyiyu for flagging the CUDA dependency in #138
