I am using the stand-alone runner in Bitbucket pipelines and I am getting an error asking me to install .NET 6

Repro
You must install or update .NET to run this application.

App: /root/.dotnet/tools/security-scan

Architecture: x64

Framework: 'Microsoft.NETCore.App', version '6.0.0' (x64)

.NET location: /usr/share/dotnet
