There are multiple situations where it makes sense to send a collection of file (paths) bundled together. Cases include:

  • Forward and reverse strand FastQ read files
  • A list of files to be merged, or looped upon in a bash script

For this reason, FileIP should enable handling 1..* paths.

A related change is that input placeholders should take an argument to allow specifying the separator when including IPs with multiple paths:

proc := wf.NewProc("proc", "cat {i:input-files|sep= } > {o:merged}")

... though the space should probably be the default.
