[Feature request] Add table description to the relation diagrams

Expected Behavior

The relation diagram currently shows the table name. Selecting the table show also the description of the table. I would like to have the command line option to request the description to be shown as well in the relation diagram.

Context

My current context uses non-sensical names for the tables but does have usefull descriptions (and could otherwise be safely added without disturbing functionality). So to make any sense of the relationship diagram I would like to see the description. It should be optional as it is only usefull if the table names are meaningless.
