90 days of no interactions earns an issue a nudge, and 1000 days (over 3
years!) a close. But they can always be reopened.
The purpose of this isn't so much to automatically shut down discussion,
but to pop things back into people's github and email workflows so they
don't get forgotten, and to check in with original posters who may have
changed their views or priorities

appropriate for this project.
