non-youtube イベントは URL からページタイトルだけでも取ってくる (selenium が必要そうで正直だるい)
イベント時間をホロジュールからも取得できるようにする
- 日付ヘッダ行も正常にパースする必要がある
- 年を跨ぐ場合の処理を考慮する
UID に YouTube のイベントIDを用いず, 別のユニークな値を生成する
- ただし, 各イベントについては生成ごとにイベントが変わらないようにする
- 多分日付 + URL でいいんじゃないか
  - たまに枠そのままでタイトルや時間のみ変更されるので, これは使えない
