Explore the integration of the Material design system

I'm uncertain as to whether or not integrating a design system at the level of web components is best (it might be best to instead pursue integrating https://material-ui.com/ for https://github.com/jrgriffiniii/browse-everything-react). Please see https://material.io/design/material-theming/overview.html#material-theming for an outline of theming components using this design system.

Components are not tied to a design system. However, this still might be useful from the standpoint of documenting how this could be used with Material UI.
