re-index elastic from settings

if elastic crashes and files are saved during that time, they won't be saved into the index. So re-indexing is necessary. Done via a bash script locally at present, that ssh's into the server. It could be done via the web app, perhaps from a settings tab (on the settings page), which showed some elastic search status too, like number of files (for user) in elastic compared to the database.
