Occasionally we have LaTeX in md/Rmd files - I know we shouldn't but sometimes it just happens ;)

I think adding a format = "latex" to

spelling/R/check-files.R

Line 104 in fc619ee

bad_words <- hunspell::hunspell(words$text, dict = dict)

should handle this case and not have any unwanted sided effects
