The gem works for libgeos-3.5.x, but for libgeos-3.6.2 it works incorrectly(or vice versa)
I.e.

RGeo::GeoJSON.decode "{\"type\":\"MultiPolygon\", \"coordinates\":[[[[30.011931, 59.799227], [30.011931, 59.799227], [30.011931, 59.799227], [30.011931, 59.799227]]]]}", json_parser: :json

is returning different results for 3.5 and 3.6
