AsciiDoc STEM macros not rendered

AsciiDoc supports STEM equations written in LaTeX or AsciiMath. While AsciiDoc pages render the intermediate text correctly (e.g. stem:[E=mc^2] -> \$E=mc^2\$), the MathJax bundle to render them to the final appearance doesn't seem to be included in the page.

Tried adding the MathJax bundle via a script tag, no dice.
