Example of a PR closed, due to version rollback. Is there a configuration option to re-open the PR, since a new version still exists? I believe the related option is recreateWhen.

After reading the documentation on this specific option, I will keep the default setting, it makes a lot of sense. However, I'll add a small note. Ideally, if the issue is not closed by end-user, it should be re-opened by Renovate. Could this be considered a proper option?
