Summary

Add an RFC for functionality that would support registries as on-chain entities (credit classes would be linked to and in some ways may be managed by a registry and the "credit class creator allowlist" would become a "registry allowlist").

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue

  • Contributor assigned/self-assigned
