Please clear up my confusion about the use of Catch2 by the RDKit #7099

The answer was to compile Catch2 with CMake and make, not meson and ninja. That method installs the cmake file and RDKit is happy. |

When I use cmake for RDKit, I get the following message:
And then the build seems to stall (edit: I now think that it's doing a very slow checkout of Catch2).
So I have installed Catch2 3.5.2 into the same directory as I use for
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX
when installing the RDKit ($install_top_dir
), and specified-DCatch2_DIR=$install_top_dir
on the command line. The mesage didn't go away.I am confused because
Catch2Config.cmake
andcatch2-config.cmake
are not part of Catch2 and are not installed by it.What am I doing wrong?
Thanks.
