Looks like a bug introduced in #3047 where number of functions were removed from cartridge, but not included in the migration SQL. Until more permanent solution is found, you need to remove the function from your existing DB ALTER EXTENSION "rdkit" DROP FUNCTION "mol_hash";
DROP FUNCTION "mol_hash"; Even if we path the upgrade scripts it will only work for future releases and this hack will need to be applied. |
