Save dialog looks weird

Description
Save dialog that appears when downloading files has glitchy selected radio button when highlighted and doesn't have rounded bottom corners.

To Reproduce
Download any random file from the internet and see the dialog box.

Expected behavior
The selected radio button option in the dialog box should mix well with the gnome adwaita theme even when highlighted.
Also the bottom corners of the dialog box are not rounded.

Setup information

• OS: Manjaro 23.1.3
• Installation method: Repos [Firefox], AUR [firefox-gnome-theme] (reproducible with recommended install method as well)
• Firefox version: 122
• Theme version: 122 (also seen in prior versions, I tried 121 and above)
• Optional features enabled: gnomeTheme.{activeTabContrast,tabsAsHeaderbar]

Additional context
This is only a visual bug from my perspective and doesn't match with the gnome web / adwaita looks

Also it is the same for checkbox and other highlighted elements
