Targeted Scopes

Right now, we always request all the scopes, basically. We should allow users to specify what they want/need.

This will pass through to something in slackteams or maybe slackauth if I split that off, so it MIGHT make sense for this just to be a ... that passes through (or a list of arguments if we already have a different use for ...).
