Related to #13 but that did not solve it.

We need to be able to import the files in Chapter 10 of Text Analysis with R for Students of Literature by Matt Jockers. Data example is https://github.com/kbenoit/quanteda/tree/master/vignettes/pkgdown_only/data/XML1.
