Developing of python based tools for semantic web technologies and ontology designes ?

When creating a github group for developing of python based semantic web technology / ontology tools and standards semanticPy, I came across this pysemtec group with some people already collaborating.
I am wondering, if pysemtec also envisions to develop own tools / standards or is more focusing on collecting, what is out there in the wild ;) ?

sorry for posting into the repo issues, but there is no discussion forum setup
so maybe you can setup a group discussion forum ?
