Add GMM to spenc as a labeller

In the labelling section, I think it might make sense to add a gaussian mixture model labeler to supplant the K-means and hierarchical labelling. @patrickrd's new paper due out in JRSSB makes a pretty good argument for labelling a graph after spectral embedding.
