Redesign of OpenSustain.tech Front End

The front end needs a redesign to allow new functions like:

1. News feed with new listed projects.
2. Interactive search functionality including the collected metadata.
3. Ecosystem Dashboard: Create an improved dashboard with all the ecosystem plots  #152

Collected further user stories / user experiences and create a draft for a new front end design.

I have found my way here looking for sustainability focussed projects for my first contributions to open source. I think it would be very beneficial for a way to filter the list by languages used in each project, number of open issues, most active projects etc.

The presentation and visualization of data often provides good entry points into the subject area. Satellite image processing is also often relatively entry-level friendly and allows for a variety of options.
