Creation of a backend architecture draft

To take the next steps with the website, the architecture of the backend needs to be revised.

For this purpose, workshops must be prepared to clarify the following points:

1. Summary of existing infrastructure.
2. Creation of user stories. Description of user experiences that we would like to achieve.
3. Draft of an architecture to replace the current backend.
4. Definition of interfaces to a newly created frontend.

The backend should also include new workflows like the ecosystem dashboard: #152
