Describe the bug
I have a web protegé project. Some classes were deleted long time ago, but they are still visible in the taxonomy view. They can not be downloaded, though, thankfully.

To Reproduce
Not sure if it is possible to reproduce since it happened on that specific project, may be project dependent, but I don't think so

Expected behavior
If one user deletes a class, the class cannot be seen anywhere except maybe in history tabs

Classes that I delete keep reappearing, and in the history of the project appears a series of repeated deletions of the same classes, but the classes keep reappearing. For this reason, at the moment I cannot use the Webprotegé app. It is quite a serious issue for me.
Many thanks for the attention
