Distribution
Arch KDE Wayland with ksys76 Power on Gazelle (Intel + Nvidia)

Issue/Bug Description:
When changing back to nvidia mode, arch doesn't boot. I get to grub, choose arch linux, then a system76 splash screen, then a black screen.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):
archinstall kde desktop with proprietary Nvidia drivers, use paru to install

  • system76-firmware-daemon
  • firmware-manager
  • system76-driver
  • system76-acpi-dkms
  • system76-power

graphically install system76 drivers, reboot, install ksys76 power extension, change from Nvidia to Hybrid, reboot, change back to Nvidia and reboot, system no longer boots correctly.

Other Notes:
I tried adding ibt=off and nvidia_drm.modeset=1 to the linux parameters in grub, no effect.
