Installation error, cannot retrieve package #1628

馃悶 Problem

After having updated all required packages, I have tried to install poliastro using Conda but it could not retrieve the package. I have also tried to install it using pip but this also did not yield results.

馃挕 Possible solutions

It might not work because I am using Python 3.11, although I have tried installing it on Python 3.10 and that also did not yield a result.
