Logic on duplicate folders

Hi, I found my emby missing some videos when scanning librarys, and then I realized the problem comes from plexdrive.

As known, we can create duplicate folders with the same name on Google Drive, but Plexdrive can only got contents from one of folder, the other one has be ignored ever.

Even though I merged the duplicate folders by hand, plexdrive cannot also got the changes from this, we must delete and rebuild cache.bolt after the folders merging for it to work.

This logic is kinda dumb I think.
