Based on the work done in #12 and the precedent of pgxn-tools, design and implement create new or updated tools for test automation and Root Registry release management. Features:

  • Usable in GitHub Actions + one other Pipeline tool
  • Support testing on Postgres 9.1+
  • Bundle and release to Root Registry
  • Support testing on Linux, macOS, and Windows
