Android Application Goes Straight to a Blank page #713
Comments
@liketolivefree thanks for reporting this. I've used Padloc on Murena devices before (currently use GrapheneOS with Google disabled too), so that shouldn't be the cause. It's hard to know what's happening without debugging. Can you access your account on desktop/web? If so, make a copy of your data (export), then try uninstalling and installing the Android app again, to see if that helps or gives you some other error. |
Thanks for the response. It really means a lot. Right now, I am trying to monitor and record its behavior, hoping to find a clue. I'm using PCAPdroid (to capture its online activities) and AppManager. |
You might want to send an email to support@padloc.app with that info and your customer email, to see if it's easier to help you out. |
OK, I will send that as soon as I make some sense from it, Thanks again. |
Good day to you me lord.
I've been using happily this beautiful and handy app for quite a long time.
On windows, it works like a charm.
But, It's been a time that the Android app doesn't work properly. When I open it, asks me an email. I give the email, it successfully sends the code, I enter the code... and blank.
It might be worth mentioning that I've "degoogled" my phone. But at first, it didn't seem to be a problem and the Android app used to work just fine.
Other than "degooglization", I haven't made any changes in my phone.
I would be a lot happier if you could help me in this matter.
Thank you very much.
