Include some description for Jupyter notebook installation

I installed GEOSNAP in "home" section and then moved to "Quick Start" and tried to run below as instructed,

from geosnap.data import Community
dc = Community.from_census(state_fips='11')

Then, I had a question like "where do I run it?". It might be better to include some instructions about how to install the Jupyter notebook environment or link to it for Python beginners.
