In the mobile application for android, when I open a project the readme file is displayed, if there is a video in the following file it is not displayed, but only the http address is displayed in its place. So if I want to see the video, I have to click on the link which then opens a window in the default browser. Here is an example link: https://github.com/alelievr/Mixture/tree/0.4.0 |

There's another issue with this feature: unless the video is uploaded via the "drag and drop in GitHub web UI", a web URL to a video (such as even the "raw" link to committed repository contents) does nothing at all (on a desktop client, too). Why is there some opaqueness in general going on with this feature? It seems like there has to be some magic "URL recognition" ( |
