Is there a way to get list of assignees via GItHub Action?

As the title says, I'd like to get the list of pull request assignees in GitHub Action. But it seems that there is no way to access such properties (such as github.event.pull_request.assignee). I'd like to block(at least, warning) the merge of pull requests without one assignee at least.
