To provide a unified value for the census tract, we have taken all of the advertized speeds available, and shown the median value based on the speeds reported from the ISPs. <br /><br />
<strong><a href="https://www.measurementlab.net/tests/ndt/">M-Lab NDT</a></strong> data are Network Diagnostic Tool (NDT) measurements gathered from internet users running NDT against M-Lab servers. The data are aggregated into the reporting time periods for the FCC 477 data.
