More pdf formats

For the sake of using OpenSCAD for architecture drawing, I would love it if larger formats or custom size pdf would be possible as well. Custom format would be most practical because that way the problem would be solved forever, but if that won't work I'd ask for A0, A1 and A2 for now, knowing that American architecture students will need different formats and then, I guess, they will make a new feature request.
