Describe the bug
The app has a mix of Semantic UI React components (sometimes nested redundantly) and plain HTML/CSS which don't work very well together. Previous developers (including me) probably didn't know how to use Semantic UI React.

To Reproduce
N/A

Expected behavior
Developers know how to write Semantic UI React where possible and HTML/CSS only where necessary, cleanly. There should be information in the README about the project's use of Semantic UI React and a link to learn more.
