Description

There are numerous now-defunct repos for past iterations of the OpenOakland website that need to be retired and properly documented:

Requirements

For each repo, the following steps need to be taken:

• Update ReadMe to reflect a decommissioned status. See Github Repo Cleanup May 2021 doc.
• Set up redirects for existing URLs as needed.
• Archive repo to "Read Only" status.
